In 2009, I got a chance to go to Scotland for my master’s degree in English Language Teaching in the University of St. Andrews. 本次活动是由大庆市教师进修学院主办、大庆一中剑桥国际中心承办，由英国文化教育协会负责全程的学术支持和等级评定。
本次活动面向大庆市及七区五县各初中的初二至初三年级学生，在为孩子们的英语学习提供检测平台的同时，号召学生们积极参与各类与英语学习相关的活动，培养广大青少年学习英语的积极性。让更多的青少年能够参与活动，通过评测的形式创新引领英语评定新风尚，让公平公正的英语测评能够走进每一所学校，打破时间和地点的限制，为更多的青少年学生助力成长，成就梦想。
大庆一中剑桥国际中心于2016年3月，被英国文化教育协会正式授权成为全国首家普思考试示范学校。为更好的借鉴国际领先的英语测评理念，发挥大庆一中剑桥国际中心的“独家英语测评合作伙伴”作用，创新使用其旗下Aptis普思考试作为评测和晋级标准之一。英国文化教育协会为本次活动提供学术支持，更为本次活动的优秀学生特设了“Aptis普思模拟考试”作为激励。
